I hope that all of you have enjoyed the beautiful weather that we have had this weekend. Last week was a very busy week.  I want to give a special thanks to Anay's dad for his help in the computer lab. He has been showing the students how to create a video game and the science behind it. I would also like to thank Kennedy and her family for sharing their snap cirucits with the class. The students have really enjoyed eplorring them. Thanks to all of you for getting the field trip forms in . I really appreciate it. Also thanks to those of you who have returned the t- shirt form.

I am so proud of all of the students for their Veteran's Day Performance. It is always exciting to see them perform.. We also attended the Big Reptile show to celebrate the success of the fall fundraiser. Below are a few pictures of what we saw.

We have a short week this week but still a lot of things to cover. Here is a look at our week :

Math - multiplication and problem solving
Reading - features of procedural text
Writing - expository writing - focus on concluding statement
Science - forces and motion
Social studies - services provided by the govenment.

We did earn our class compliment reward so we will be celebrating that on Tuesday .

HOMEWORK
Students should read every night even over the break for a minimum ofr 20 minutes.
