Iam sure that many of you know that we were fortunate enough to be able to add a 7th third grade teacher this past week. This is wonderful for our class size however it was very had for me to let  some students go and form a new class. They are off to a great start and we are excited to have Ms. Barnes on our campus. As a result, our lunch time has changed. We will now go to lunch at  11:24 and finish at 11:54 and our table is now table 5 .

Don't forget to turn in your fundraiser packets by Thursday September 22nd.  We appreciate all you do to support the PTA .
This week our students will learn about the " NO PLACE FOR HATE" program that will be happening at  our school this year. This program is to help make students aware of the need to treat all people with respect and to not  bully. I think that it will be an awesome program. Two students from each class were selected and they will be presenting the program to our class.

We will also be starting our weekly computer lab time this week. We will be going each week on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 1:45. Our inital focus will by  using the Type to Learn program. If any of you are looking for an opportunity to volunteer this would be a great time as the more hands the better as they get used to be in the lab.

This week we will be focusing on the following:
